Each healthcare position, as well as each care recipient, have unique requirements. Compatibility takes applicant screening to a whole new level of predictive accuracy. In every Care Profiler Report, Compatibility is automatically calculated for four positions. You simply choose the most appropriate positions from our extensive Positions Library during Activation. Every applicant will receive a Compatibility rating for each of the four positions you choose.
