Personality traits manifest as behaviors in different ways, at different times, and in different settings for every individual. In the Onboarding120 section of the Care Profiler Report, you receive recommendations that are unique to each applicant and are based upon six critical combinations of his/her Work Style traits.

When this symbol, The Supervisor, appears next to an area in the Onboarding120 section in the Care Report, it signifies a potential Onboarding and Training Factor. This provides an indication that added supervision and training in this area may be of greater importance to this applicant than to the average applicant.
The critical combination areas include:
- Learning and Goal Setting
- Attention and Focus
- Experiencing and Managing Stress
- Meeting Client-Specific Psychosocial Needs
- Working With Behaviors and Emotions
- Balancing People and Tasks
