Administration & Use

You receive the report instantly.  As soon as the respondent clicks “Submit” the results are emailed directly to your organization as well as posted in your Master CP Database in your CP Dashboard.

The Care Profiler report is sent directly to your organization.  The only way a job applicant would see his/her report is if you shared it with him/her.  We do not recommend doing this unless you are trained in providing psychological testing feedback.

Yes.  Many organizations test their current employees to get a picture of their staff as a whole – identifying areas of strength and areas for growth.  However, if you’re planning on giving the individual staff members their results, we require that you either have us train your managers on providing interpretation and feedback, or have us come onsite and do group interpretation for your staff.

It is important to us that you understand what the Care Profiler reports are telling you and that you are comfortable using them in your process.  All of your questions will be answered promptly by your account representative.

Payment & Billing

No.  For the Basic Subscription, you only pay your monthly or annual fee – no additional fees.

Yes.  In fact, we prefer that you use a credit card!

No.  Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at anytime.

Technical

As soon as you register for an account or a free trial, you’ll receive a link to Activate your Care Profiler web link.  This will only take a few minutes and you’ll be ready to start testing.  Activation simply involves telling us which email addresses the reports should be sent to and selecting which jobs you would like your applicants’ Compatibility to be calculated for.

Yes.  Your account representative will assist as necessary, via phone, email, or onsite, to ensure all of your questions are answered!

Yes.  Your account representative will provide you with the technical assistance to ensure the Care Profiler seamlessly integrates into your current application system.
